We have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices for high-contact areas at the kiosk and on the boats. We will be throughly cleaning and disinfecting boat surfaces, tables and bbqs between each tour and/or rental. If it makes you feel more comfortable, feel free to wear a mask.

We operate our BBQ Boats from April until the end of September.

*Yes you drive the boat yourself. The driver must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. A licensed captain is also available for a $100 fee. *In the case that it is too windy we may need to send one of our certified captains out on the boat to captain the boat for the duration of your rental period for the safety of you and your guests. Thank you for your understanding.

No boating license is required, but if you or someone on your boat has a Pleasure Craft License and some boating experience that is always a plus!

You have the option to bring your own food along to cook on the BBQ or arrange for catering through our Selected Caterer at least 24 hours in advance of your rental period. (Contact us to ask about our catering).

You will need to pay the full amount of rental cost to reserve your booking. The damage deposit of $300 can be paid at the kiosk before your rental.

No refunds for cancellations if it is within 7 days of the rental date. 80% refunded for cancellations prior to the 7 days until the rental date No refunds or cancellations on holidays. If a storm, heavy rains or winds occur and we decide we must postpone due to safety, you will be granted a rain check or you may have the option of getting 45% of your booking returned. No 100% refunds will be guaranteed.

We operate RAIN OR SHINE! Should you decide that you don’t want to go in the rain we can issue a rain cheque for another date. NO refunds will be given for rain. Thunder and lightening rentals will be cancelled and rescheduled.

You must be at least 21 years old or must have a parent or guardian present. ​​

The rental period is 2 hours. A Lake Tour is 45 minutes.

BBQ use is not permitted during the tour.

No. Smoking is prohibited on the boats.

This is one of the most common misconceptions with our boats. Because we are not equipped with bathroom facilities, the rules for alcohol on our boats are exactly the same as it is for cars in British Columbia. There is absolutely no alcohol allowed on any of our boats. Enforcement from the R.C.M.P. water police is in place and penalties or fines may be issued.
